21. तदर्थ एव दृश्यस्यात्मा ।
TADARTHA EVA DRUSHYASYAATMAA
TAT=ITS; ARTHA=SAKE; EVA=IS INDEED; DRUSHYSYA=OF THE SEEN OR PERCEIVED; ATMAA=SOUL
For Its (Seer’s) sake indeed is the soul of the Seen.
The Seen is indeed meant for the Seer. All experiences are for the Seer which are manifested from the impressions of Seer's mind.
Wherever there is an imperfection, there is a process to correct it to take the things back to perfection.

22. कृतार्थं प्रति नष्टम् अप्यनष्टं तदन्यसाधारणत्वात् ।
KRUTARTHAM PRATI NASHTAM APYANASHTAM TADANYASAADHAARANATVAT
KRUTARTHAM=FULFILLED; PRATI=TO, TOWARDS; NASHTAM=LOSS; API=ALSO; ANASHTAM=NON-LOSS; TAT=THAT; ANYA=OTHER; SAADHAARANATVAT=FOR ORDINARY
To the one who has fulfilled the purpose, the Seen is lost but for that other ordinary one it is not lost.
As long as there are past impressions, they are manifested in a way so that the soul tends to perfection.
The purpose of life is to reduce impressions of mind which keep manifesting more and more life experiences.
So, to the one who has fulfilled the purpose of emptying the mind of all impressions, there is no more experience of the Seen. For other ordinary ones the experiences of Seen are not lost.

23. स्वस्वामिशक्त्योः स्वरूपोपलब्धिहेतुः संयोगः ।
SVASVAAMISHAKTYOH SVAROOPA UPALABDHIHETUHU SANYOGAH
SVA=FALSE SELF, PERSONALITY; SVAAMI=MASTER, GOD, ALMIGHTY; SHAKTYOH=POWERS; SVAROOPA=REAL SELF; UPALABDHIHETUH=CAUSE OF GAINING EXPERIENCE; SANYOGAH=UNION
The union of the individual’s power (of Maya) and God's power (of Maya) is the cause of gaining experiences for the sake of Self-Realization.
The union of two, one the power of the master and the other that of individual personality is the cause that manifest the life experiences.

24. तस्य हेतुरविद्या ।
TASYA HETURAVIDYA
TASYA=ITS; HETUH=CAUSE, PURPOSE; AVIDYAA= LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, IGNORANCE
Cause of the union is Avidya (lack of true sense of self)
25. तदभावात् संयोगाभावो हानं तद्दृशेः कैवल्यम् ।
TADBHAAVAAT SANYOGAABHAAVO HAANAM TADDRUSHEH KAIVALYAM
TAT=ITS; ABHAAVAAT=IN ABSENCE; SANYOGA ABHAAVO=ABSENSE OF THE UNION; HAANAM=CEASE; TADDRUSHEH=THAT SEER; KAIVALYAM=SELF-REALIZATION, LIBERATION FROM THIS MYTHICAL DREAMLIKE WORLD
In its (of Avidya) absence is absence of the union, hence that Seer ceases to be and attains self-realization.
When the ignorance is gone, there is no union of individual power to manifest and God’s power, hence there is no more seeing of this world through the veil of impressions of mind and the yogi realizes the true Self.
26. विवेकख्यातिरविप्लवा हानोपायः ।
VIVEKAKHYAATIRAVIPLAVAA HAANOPAAYAH
VIVEKA KHYAATIHI=WISDOM OF KNOWLEDGE; AVIPLAVAA=UNBROKEN, UNINTERRUPTED; HAANAH=DESTRUCTION; UPAYAH=SOLUTION, REMEDY;
Uninterrupted wisdom of Self-Knowledge is the remedy for destruction of Avidya.
27. तस्य सप्तधा प्रान्तभूमिः प्रज्ञा ।
TASYA SAPTADHA PRANTABHOOMIHI PRADNYA
TASYA=HIS / HER; SAPTADHA=SEVENFOLD; PRANTABHOOMI=ULTIMATE LEVEL; PRADNYAA=SELF KNOWLEDGE
His / her Self-Knowledge is at the ultimate level among the seven levels.
28. योगाङ्गानुष्ठानाद् अशुद्धिक्षये ज्ञानदीप्तिरा विवेकख्यातेः ।
YOGAANGAANUSHTHAANAAD ASHUDDHIKSHAYE DNYAANDEEPTIH AVIVEKSKHYAATEH
YOGAANGA=ASPECTS OF YOGA; ANUSHTHANAAD=IN PERFORMING; ASHUDDHIKSAYE=DESTRUCTION OF IMPURITY; DNYAAN=KNOWLEDGE;
DEEPTIRA=WITH FLAME; VIVEK=WISDOM; KHYAATEH=SELF KNOWLEDGE
In performing all aspects of Yoga is destruction of impurity (of mind) with the flame of knowledge and wisdom towards self-knowledge.
29. यमनियमासनप्राणायामप्रत्याहारधारणाध्यानसमाधयोऽष्टाव अङ्गानि ।
YAMANIYAMAASANAPRANAAYAAMAPRTYAAHAARADHAARANAADHYAANASAMAADHAYAH ASHTAU ANGAANI YAMA=SELF CONTROL; NIYAMA=DISCIPLINE; ASANA=POSTURES; PRAANAAYAAMA=CONTROL OF LIFE ENERGY; PRATYAAHAAR=RESTRAINING THE EXTERNAL PERCEPTIONS; DHAARANA=CONCENTRATION; DHYAANA=CONTEMPLATION; SAMAADHI=DEEP MEDITATIVE STATE; ASHTAU=EIGHT; ANGAANI=LIMBS, ASPECTS
Self-Control (Yama), Self-discipline (Niyama), Postures (Aasana), Control of Breath (Praanaayaama), Restraining of external perceptions (Pratyaahaara), Concentration of mind (Dhaaranaa), Contemplation (Dhyaana), Deep meditation state (Samaadhi) are the eight limbs of Yoga.

- Samaadhi - Going into Trans
30. अहिंसासत्यास्तेयब्रह्मचर्यापरिग्रहा यमाः ।
AHIMSASATYAASTEYABRAHMACHARYAPARIGRAHA YAMAH
AHIMSA=NON-VIOLENCE; SATYA=TRUTHFULNESS; ASTYEYA=NOT STEALING; BRAHMACHARYA=CELIBACY; APARIGRAHA=NON-RECEIVING; YAMAH=SELF CONTROL
Non-Violence, Truthfulness, Non-Stealing, Celibacy, and Non-receiving are the (five) Yamas (Controls on self) to be practiced.
